Yes. We work primarily with cruise ship passengers both Port in Ocho Rios.
Do you received email from cruise ship passengers coming to Ocho Rios Jamaica
Yes We do. Just email your request and we will send the tour itineraries.
What time does the start?
Customers are asked disembark cruise ship between 30 to 40 minutes after
cruise ships arrival.
When is tour reservation confirmed?
You receieve a confirmation email once your tour is reserved after booking.

To receive your confirmation and updates, it's important to have the correct email address on file. Verify your reservation and confirm the correct email address by calling.
Is there a tipping policy?
Tour guide gratuity is at the customers discretion and is not included in
the tour package cost.
Do you offer tour to Hotel Guest?
Yes. We do Tours for hotel Guests all Vacation Accommodation within 30 Km
Radius of Ocho Rios.
Will it be the same cost for Hotel Passenger?
Yes. Hotel guests with in the area will attract the same rates.
Are the attraction fee included on prices quoted for the tours?
Admission fees are sometimes included Please check the one included.
Will I get to the ships on times?
Yes. All tours are synchronized with cruise ship time for proper time
management. There will be lots of time to browse the local shopping area
when the tour ends.
Do yo you have any Cancelation Policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full
refund.
For full refund you must cancel a lease 24 hours before the experience
start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience starting time
the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off time are based on the experience local time.
